MY SESSIONS

My Pilates classes are aimed at REAL people. You do not need to be young, skinny, or a fit gym bunny to join in. Everyone can benefit from Pilates practice. I deliver carefully structured sessions aimed at those who want to safely create a strong, flexible body from inside out.

Long Distant Runner

I have known Helen through Physiotherapy treatment for several years and before I started her Pilates classes for runners and cyclists, I used to think my core was not too bad. However, I was so wrong! After a few sessions I noticed a big difference. As a long-distance and marathon runner, core strength and flexibility are key to preventing injuries and good posture. I would highly recommend Pilates to any sporty person wanting to prevent injury and perform at their peak.
