APPI's beginner Pilates program, delivered by APPI co-founder, Physiotherapist and Pilates Master Trainer Elisa Withers, teaches you all the key foundations to successful Pilates practice. Elisa will teach you the 5 key elements of Pilates and use these key elements to guide you through this safe, yet challenging beginner Pilates workout.

 

The class will focus on all areas of your body to correct and enhance your posture, muscle tone and body alignment.
