A fantastic range of movements to target all areas of your body and improve postural alignment, mobility, strength and flexibility will see you moving with greater ease, grace and confidence.

Master the entire class from beginning to end or simply select a section to focus your practice on for the day. When you have mastered this workout, you can progress to the next advanced level matwork class.

APPI Advanced Pilates DVD

This advanced class is comprised of five easy to follow sections including:

  • upper stability and strength
  • stretch and mobility

Warm up and cool down included, as well as the 5 key Pilates principles.

This workout requires routine practice, dedication and determination! Given the advanced level of this work out, you can start by choosing individual sections to focus on, or for the absolute enthusiast, practice the entire class.
